Hello, 

My name is Ronisha Conway also known as Ra, The Spiritual Lactivist. I am a Mother to 1 son that I breast fed for 3.5 years. I am also an Internationally Certified Consultant and Coach dedicated to educating, guiding, and supporting individuals and families to feel connected and empowered to live their daily lives in harmony through lactation and babywearing education and spiritual life coaching.

My lactation journey started when my son was born. We battled our way through a 6 day NICU stay, an oversupply of milk, persistent clogged ducts, relentless Mastitis, and a breast abscess. Being a single mom with no health insurance led me on a search for understanding and remedies, which jump started my passion for Lactation. I went on to pass the IBLCE exam to become an IBCLC and I have continued on to assist and educate as many families as I can.

My 3-year feeding journey with my son opened the door to me helping many other families. Wearing my own child in a ring sling and soft structured carrier inspired me to teach others how beneficial carrying is. My lifelong journey of traumatic experiences, healing, and reconnecting with my ancestors started me on the path of guiding others to their spiritual connection and healing. I've found my purpose in coaching, educating, and guiding individuals and families and I am at home here.
